علاقة منطقة وادي مزاب بسلطة إيالة الجزائر العثمانية خلال الفترة الحديث ( 1519/1830)

Résumé: نحاول في دراستنا هذه تسليط الضوء على العلاقة السياسية والاقتصادية التي ربطت منطقة مزاب بالدول العثمانية، من خلال الوثائق المتوفرة، وقد تواجد المزابيون في مدن التل (مدينة الجزائر بشكل أكبر) قبل دخولها تحت لواء السلطة العثمانية، وتميزوا فيها بنشاطهم الاقتصادي، كما كانت لهم علاقات طيبة مع العثمانيين من خلال مشاركاتهم وتضحياتهم العسكرية النوعية في تونس ثم في مدينة الجزائر في عدة مواقف، والتي ذكرتها المصادر الأجنبية والعربية والمحلية، وبعد إرساء الدولة العثمانية سلطتها في مدن التل، سعت إلى التوغل في المناطق الداخلية، حيث منحت أغلب القبائل ولاءها للإيالة، وهو حال منطقة مزاب، التي تقبلت ذلك مع ضمان استقلالها الذاتي وتصرفها في شؤونها الداخلية، وقد شهدت المراسلات التي أرسلها "المجلس الأعلى لواد مزاب" -السلطة العليا في المنطقة- إلى سلطة الإيالة بذلك. ومن جهة أخرى فقد كان للمزابيين دور كبير في إنعاش اقتصاد البلد بتجارتهم الداخلية في المدن، والخارجية عن طريق القوافل، ويعود الفضل لهم -حسب المصادر- في إدخال سلع جديدة وثمينة إلى أسواق مدينة الجزائر وقسنطينة وغيرها من مختلف حواضر البلد وخارجه. In our study, we try, through the available documents, to shed light on the political and economic relationship that linked the M'zab region to the Ottoman regence. The Mozabites were existing in the northern cities (especially in Algiers), before entering under the banner of the Ottoman authority, and they were characterized by their economic activity, and they also had good relation with the Ottomans thanks to their participation and qualitative military sacrifices in Tunisia and then in the city of Algiers in several occasions, which are mentioned by foreign, Arab and local bibliography. After the Ottoman Empire established its authority in the northern cities, it sought to penetrate into the interior regions, where most of the tribes gave their loyalty to the Eyalet; It is the case of the M'zab region, which accepted to do so but while maintaining its autonomy and the conduct of its internal affairs; And the correspondences sent by "the Supreme Council of the M'zab Valley"- the supreme authority in the region - to the Eyalet authority prove this. On the other hand, the Mozabites had a major role in reviving the country’s economy with their internal trade in the cities, and external through convoys, and thanks to them -according to sources- new and valuable goods were introduced to the markets of Algiers, Constantine and other various cities of the country and abroad.
