أثر تمويل البنى التحتية على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر (دراسة قياسية للفترة 1990-2014)

Résumé: الهدف من الدراسة هو تحديد أثر تمويل البنى التحتية على النمو الاقتصادي بالجزائر، ومن أجل الوصول لهذا الهدف تمّ جمع بيانات التمويل الحكومي لشتى قطاعات البنى التحتية (الاقتصادية- الادارية- الاجتماعية- الثقافية – التعليمية) خلال الفترة 1990-2014، وقد اعتمدنا على برنامج Eviews8، من أجل القيام بالتحليل الاحصائي لهذه الدراسة، مستخدمين في ذلك اساليب قياسية لاختبارات الاستقرارية والسببية ومنهجية التكامل المتزامن ونموذج تصحيح الخطأ، بالإضافة إلى تقدير نماذج دوال الانتاج حسب كل قطاع للبنى التحتية، وكانت نتيجة الدراسة وجود علاقة توازنية طويلة المدى بين البنى التحتية والنمو الاقتصادي وكذا وجود أثر إيجابي لتمويل البنى التحتية الاقتصادية على النمو الاقتصادي. The aim of the study was to determine the impact of infrastructure financing economic growth in Algeria, and in order to reach this goal was government funding for various infrastructure sectors data (administrative-economic - and social - cultural - educational) during the period from 1990 to 2014, we have adopted the program Eviews8 , in order to do statistical analysis of this study, using the standard methods of testing preprocessing and causal and systematic synchronous and model error correction integration, in addition to estimating production functions models according to each sector of infrastructure, and the outcome of the study and a long-term equilibrium relationship between infrastructure and economic growth, as well as having a positive impact to finance economic infrastructure on economic growth.
