الوصم المائي للفئات الضعيفة في القانون الدولي والعقوبات

Résumé: يكتسي موضوع الوصم المائي للفئات الضعيفة أهمية بالغة كونه يرتبط بالعديد من حقوق الإنسان الأخرى و التي يجب أن تكفل للجميع دون تمييز أو وصم ، وقد تتأثر هذه الحقوق بتفاقم مشكلة الوصم المائي للفئات الضعيفة ، وقد ذكر حق الإنسان في المياه المأمونة ومنع الوصم عن البشر وبخاصة الفئات الضعيفة في مجموعة من الصكوك الدولية الناظمة لحقوق الإنسان ،وقد تم التوصل لنتيجة مفادها منع معاملة الفئات الضعيفة معاملة وصمية تعيق حقهم في الحصول على المياه المأمونة. Abstr act : water Stigma of vulnerable groups is an important issue because it is linked to many other human rights which must be guaranteed to all human beings without discrimination or stigmatization ,all these rights may be affected by the exacerbation of water stigmatization of vulnerable groups , the human right to safe water and the prevention of stigmatization of human beings, especially vulnerable groups, were mentioned in a set of international instruments governed the human rights , the result that is reached is preventing vulnerable groups water stigmatization that hinder their right to have an access to the safe water.
