الدور الأمني الجزائري في منطقة الساحل الإفريقي

Résumé: ملخص: تحاول هذه الدراسة مناقشة كيفية ومدى تأثر الأمن القومي الجزائري بالدوائر الجيوسياسية المحيطة به، خاصة في منطقة الساحل الافريقي؛ ومكانة كل دائرة من الدوائر ضمن الشواغل الأمنية للدولة الجزائرية والجهود الجزائرية لأمننة المنطقة ومراقبة جوارها الجيوسياسي الإفريقي، حيث سنطرق إلى طبيعة التهديدات الأمنية التي تقف وراء المشكلة الأمنية في المنطقة وبيان تداعياتها على الأمن الوطني الجزائري، بالإضافة إلى تبيان كيفية تأثيرها على الأمن الوطني الجزائري، وذلك عن طريق إبراز علاقة الارتباط الوثيق بين الأمن والاستقرار في منطقة الساحل والأمن الوطني الجزائري، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة هي إعادة قراءة الواقع الجيوسياسي الإفريقي بتصميم وبرؤية أمنية واستباقية تراعي المتغيرات الجديدة مما يستدعي تقوية المنظومة الدفاعية وفق آلية تضمن سلامة الحدود. This study attempts to discuss how and to what extent Algerian national security is affected by the geopolitical circles surrounding it, especially in the African Sahel region. And the position of each of the departments within the security concerns of the Algerian state and the Algerian efforts to secure the region and monitor its African geopolitical neighborhood. By highlighting the close relationship between security and stability in the Sahel region and Algerian national security, and one of the most important findings of the study is a re-reading of the African geopolitical reality with a design and a proactive security vision that takes into account the new variables, which calls for strengthening the defense system according to a mechanism that guarantees border safety.
