الاحتراق النفسي وعلاقته بالاكتئاب لدى الممرضين، في ظل جائحة كورونا دراسة ميدانية بمستشفى محمد بوضياف- المدية

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة مستوىات الاحتراق النفسي وعلاقته بالاكتئاب لدى الممرضين، في ظل جائحة كورونا ( nCov19)، استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وطبقت أداتين، مقياس ماسلاش للاحتراق النفسيMaslache ، ومقياس "بيك"Beck للاكتئاب، على عينة تكونت من (140) ممرضا وممرضة من مستشفى محمد بوضياف بالمدية، من مختلف الأعمار. بعد التأكد من الخصائص السيكومترية للأداتين، تأكدت نتائج الدراسة الحالية من وجود مستويات متفاوتة من الاحتراق لدى الممرضين، كما توصلت إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطيه دالة بين الاحتراق النفسي و الاكتئاب لديهم ، وأخير توصلت إلى عدم وجود فروق في مستوى الاحتراق النفسي و الاكتئاب تبعا لمتغير الجنس. الكلمات المفتاحية : الاحتراق النفسي – الاكتئاب- الممرضين-كورونا Abstract: The current study aimed at identify the level of psychological Burnout and its relationship with the Stress among Nurses during the Corona pandemic) nCov19 (, Based on the descriptive approach and used two tests, Maslash Burnout Scale and Beck stress test, The study sample consisted of (140) nurses from Mohamed Boudiaf Hospital in Médéa , different ages and sex, As well as identifying the differences in each dimension of psychological burnout, and stress. The study concluded that nurses suffer from varying levels of psychological burnout, also did not reveal any significant differences in the level of psychological burnout by sex variant.
