المصادرة والقمع في الإدارة الاستعمارية الفرنسية في الجزائر وردود فعل الجزائريين (انتفاضة عين التركي في 26 أفريل 1901 أنموذجا)

Résumé: Abstract: The Ain al-Turki uprising erupted as a result of the colonial policy on April 26, 1901 under the leadership of Yaqub Ben El Hadj Ahmed, whose direct cause was the establishment of the settlement village of Margueritte on the lands of Riga and the attempt to expand it continuously through several methods of confiscation and depriving its inhabitants of their fertile lands. This uprising exposed the policy of the colonial administration and the colonialists in Algeria, which motivated the French government, parliamentarians, as well as the press to conduct field investigations about colonial measures and the situation of the Algerians. As for the settlers, their position on the uprising was to criticize the administration that did not, according to them, carry out its main mission, which is to monitor the Algerians. They demanded tougher procedures and laws guaranteeing settlers' superiority and the exploitation of Algerians. الملخص: اندلعت انتفاضة عين التركي جراء السياسة الاستعمارية يوم 26 أفريل 1901 تحت قيادة يعقوب بن الحاج أحمد، والتي كان سببها المباشر هو إنشاء القرية الاستيطانية مرغريت على أراضي ريغة ومحاولة توسيعها باستمرار عن طريق عدة طرق للمصادرة وحرمان سكانها من أراضيهم الخصبة، حيث أدت هذه الانتفاضة إلى كشف سياسة الإدارة الاستعمارية والمعمرين في الجزائر، والتي حركت الحكومة الفرنسية والبرلمانيين وكذا الصحافة للقيام بتحقيقات ميدانية حول الإجراءات الاستعمارية ووضعية الجزائريين، أما المعمرون، فقد كان موقفهم من الانتفاضة هو انتقاد الإدارة التي لم تقم حسبهم بمهمتها الأساسية وهي مراقبة الجزائريين، حيث طالبوا بإجراءات وقوانين أكثر قساوة تضمن بقاء تفوق المعمرين واستغلال الجزائريين.
