أثر التحول الرقمي على سوق التأمين التكافلي السعودية –نموذجا-

Résumé: مستخلص: جاءت هذه الدراسة بهدف تبيان الآثار الاقتصادية والاجتماعية للتحول الرقمي وأهم التحديات التي يواجهها. كما سلطت الدراسة الضوء على أثر التحول الرقمي على سوق التأمين التكافلي السعودية كنموذج،. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن لتحول الرقمي آثار على الاقتصاد والمجتمع تتجلى في تعزيز الشمول المالي ومساهمته في زيادة الناتج المحلي، كما بينت أهم التحديات التي يواجهها هذا التحول أولها الفجوة الرقمية والأمن السبيراني، أما عن واقع التحول الرقمي في قطاع التأمين التكافلي بالسعودية وجدنا أن التحول الرقمي في سوق التكافل السعودي حظي باهتمام كبير بعد تبني برامج رؤية المملكة 2030، ويتجلى أثر التحول الرقمي فيه من خلال النمو المتزايد في القطاع وارتفاع حجم الأقساط المكتتبة وظهور الخدمات الالكترونية وتنوع وتعدد قنوات التوزيع، ودخول لاعبين جدد السوق، وظهور شركات تكنولوجيا التأمين التي تسعى إلى تطوير نماذج الأعمال وإيجاد حلول تقنية للنهوض بصناعة التأمين. Abstract: This study aimed to demonstrate the economic and social impacts of digital transformation and the most important challenges it faces. The study also highlighted the impact of digital transformation on the Saudi Takaful insurance market as a model. The study concluded that digital transformation has impacts on the economy and society that are evident in enhancing financial inclusion and its contribution to increasing the domestic product. It also showed the most important challenges facing this transformation, the first of which is the digital divide and cybersecurity. As for the reality of digital transformation in the Takaful insurance sector in Saudi Arabia, we found that digital transformation The Saudi Takaful market received great attention after the adoption of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 programs, and the impact of digital transformation in it is evident through the increasing growth in the sector, the rise in the volume of written premiums, the emergence of electronic services, the diversity and multiplicity of distribution channels, the entry of new players into the market, and the emergence of insurance technology companies that seek to develop Business models and finding technical solutions to advance the insurance industry
