أَضْوَاءُ وَثَائِقِيَّةُ جَدِيدَةُ تَكَشُّفُ عَنِ الْحَمَّامِ الْعُمُومِيِّ بِمَدِينَةِ الْفَيُّومِ

Résumé: ملخص لم يبق من الحَمّامات العمومية بالمدن المصرية - رغم الاشارات المصدرية والوثـائقية إلى كثــرتها- إلا عدد قليل مما اهتمت به لجنة حفظ الآثار العربيـة؛ وهذا بالتأكيد ناشىء عن أسباب مختلفة منهـا تحديث المدن، وتطور عمـرانها ونُظم تصميم أبنيتها ومـرافقها، والتوسع منذ أوائل القرن 20م في مد شبكات المياه والصـرف إلي أبنيتها ولا سيمـا المساكن؛ والتي أصبح الحَمّام الخـاص بها مـرفق أســاسي، اُستغني به عـن الحَمّامـاتِ العموميـة؛ وتُسجل هذه الورقـة البحثية لأول مرة اعتمادًا على الوثائق والخرائط المساحية موقع حمام الفيوم العمومي المندثــر؛ والذي رَجَحت الدراســة أنه يرجع إلي العصر العثماني، واستمر يؤدى وظيفته خلال القرن 19م وحتى سبعينات القرن 20م؛ وَقَدمت اِستقراءً لبعض تفاصيلـه المعمارية كالتصميـم، وتخطيط وحداته، وبيان ملحقاته، وذلك من خلال الوثائق والمصادر؛ مع بيان تأثير التطور الحادث لاحقًا في القرنين 19 و20 الميلاديين على بنيته الانشائية والمعمارية؛ وبالتالي فهي تكشف عن منشــأة مندثــرة طالما اشارت إليها دراسات سابقة دون أن تتمكن من تحديد أيًا من المعلومات السابقة عنها. Abstract There are no large numbers of public baths left in Egyptian cities, for various reasons, such as projects that deliver water to homes in the first half of the 20th century; But this research records for the first time by relying on documents and cadastral maps, the site of Fayoum extinct public bath, which the study most likely dates back to the Ottoman era and continued to work during the 19th century AD until the seventies of the 20th century AD; The study tried to extrapolate some architectural details about the design of this public bath, the plan of its units, and its annexes, through documents and sources; With an explanation of the impact of the development that occurred later in the 19th and 20th centuries AD on its structural and architectural structure; consequently, it reveals an extinct facility as long as previous studies referred to it, without being able to determine any of the previous information about it.
