الجودة كمدخل لتقييم نظام" ل.م.د" في الجزائر "المحددات التحديات"

Résumé: ملخص تجادل هذه الدراسة المحددات التي انتهجتها واتبعتها وزارة التعليم العالي الجزائرية في نظام الجودة كآلية من آليات الإصلاح التعليمي والبحثي. منذ تبنيها نظام ل.م.د، حيث ظهرت بوادر مقاربات جديدة تخدم مستقبل الجامعة الجزائرية من ناحية المعايير والأنماط التعليمية والتربوية وحتى العولمية كالرقمنة بما فيها المنصات الالكترونية، كذلك من ناحية الإبداع وما يتطلبه العصر مثل التحكم في الطائرات المسيرة وتقنية التعليم عن بعد التي تم تبنيها كتحدي ذو أهمية بالغة في تطوير جودة التعليم العالي، وعليه سنحاول في هذه الدراسة أن نجادل كيف حاولت الجامعة الجزائرية تعميق الإصلاحات الجذرية .في نظام التعليم العالي، والاعتماد على الكفاءات الداخلية والخارجية ضمن هذا التغيير Abstract: This study argues the determinants pursued by the Algerian Ministry of Higher Education in the quality system as a mechanism of educational and research reform. Since its adoption of the LMD system, signs of new approaches that serve the future of the Algerian university have emerged in terms of standards and educational and educational patterns and even globalization such as digitization, including electronic platforms, as well as in terms of creativity and what the era requires such as controlling drones and distance education technology that has been Adopting it as a challenge of great importance in developing the quality of higher education, and therefore, in this study, we will try to argue how the Algerian university tried to deepen the radical reforms in the higher education system, and rely on internal and external competencies within this change.
