التعليم الإلكترونـــــي ودوره في تطوير التعليم الجامعـــــي المكتبة الالكترونية نموذجا

Résumé: إن التعليم الإلكتروني هو جزء لا يتجزأ من العملية التعليمية بصفة عامة وان دمجه مع الوسائل التقليدية في التعليم الجامعي يشكل حاجة ماسة لتطوير التعليم العالي وان مؤسسات التعليم العالي مرغمة خاصة في الوقت الراهن بتبني سياسة دمج التعليم الالكتروني وتفعيله في برامجها. كما يشهد قطاع التعليم العالي في الجزائر نقلة نوعية من التعليم إلى التعلّم وذلك بسبب التطور الكبير في تكنولوجيا المعلومات، وعليه فإن الكثير من مؤسسات التعليم العالي وجدت أنه لا خيار أمامها سوى تبني التعليم الإلكتروني ودمجه في برامجها التعليمية وسوف نعمد في هذه الورقة البحثية التطرق إلى المكتبة الالكترونية ونظرة الطالب إليها. Education is an integral part of the educational process in general and its integration with the traditional means of university education is an urgent need for the development of higher education. Higher education institutions are currently obliged to adopt the policy of integrating and activating e-learning in their programs. The higher education sector in Algeria is witnessing a qualitative shift from education to learning because of the great development of information technology and the spread of the Internet.
