Résumé: تناولت في هذه الورقة البحثية موضوعا يتعلق بتعليم وتعلم اللغة العربية في ظل الإصلاح البيداغوجي الذي تعرفه المنظومة التربوية في الجزائر والمؤسس على المقاربة بالكفاءات مدخلا له وعلى بيداغوجيا الإدماج كسيرورة إجرائية لتصريفها ،حيث تناولت الموضوع من جانبين ،جانب قاربت فيه مصطلح الكفاءة باعتباره أحد أهم المفاهيم الأساس التي قامت عليها هذه البيداغوجيا مستمدا مادة دراستي من الوثائق التربوية من مناهج اللغة العربية والوثائق المرافقة لها ودليل الأستاذ ، وجانب منهجي تعرضت فيه للهندسة الديداكتيكية الجديدة التي تطرحها بيداغوجيا الإدماج لتعليم وتعلم اللغة العربية والتي تتوزع على ميدانين : ميدان التلقي وميدان الإنتاج من خلال محطتين هامتين لتسيير أنشطة اللغة محطة إرساء الموارد وتثبيتها ومحطة إدماج الموارد لحل وضعية مشكلة مستهديا بما كتبه خبراء التربية والبيداغوجيا ،وخرجت بخلاصة حاولت فيها ضبط مفهوم الكفاءة المقصودة في مجال تعلم اللغة العربية وضبط مراحل الهندسة الديداكتيكية لبناءها انطلاقا من التقويم التشخيصي وصولا إلى المعالجة البيداغوجية . الكلمات المفتاحية : الكفاءة ، الهندسة الديداكتيكية ، بيداغوجيا الإدماج ، وضعية مشكلة ، إرساء الموارد . Summary: This paper deals with the teaching and learning of the Arabic language in light of the pedagogic reform which the educational system in Algeria is aware of. It is based on the approach of competencies as an input to it and the pedagogy of integration as a procedural procedure for its disposal. Which was based on this pedagogy derived from my study of educational documents of the Arabic language curricula and accompanying documents and the guide of the professor, and a methodical aspect was exposed to the new engineering Aldidaktip introduced by the pedagogical integration of education and learning The Arabic language, which is distributed in two fields: The field of production and the production field through two important stations for the conduct of language activities resource station and installation and the integration of resources to solve the situation of a problem guided by the experts of education and pedagogy, and came out in a concise attempt to control the concept of efficiency intended in the field of learning the Arabic language and control the stages of engineering Alddiktikip to build them from the diagnostic calendar To pedagogical treatment.
