أثر التفكير الإبداعي للمديرين على جودة الخدمة في التعليم العالي دراسة ميدانية في جامعة قاصدي مرباح -ورقلة

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر التفكير الإبداعي على جودة الخدمة في التعليم العالي بجامعة ورقلة من خلال أبعاد التفكير الإبداعي (الحساسية للمشكلات، الطلاقة الفكرية، الأصالة، المرونة، مواصلة الاتجاه). حيث تم استخدام أداة الاستبيان على عينة من المديرين في جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة، قدرها 97 استبيانا، وتم تحليل البيانات الواردة في الاستبيانات عن طريق استخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (spss) بالاعتماد على المتوسطات الحسابية، الانحرافات المعيارية، تحليل الانحدار الخطي، وخلصت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها: أن التفكير الإبداعي للمديرين له أثر إيجابي على جودة الخدمة في جامعة ورقلة وأن مستوى التفكير الإبداعي في الجامعة يتصف بالمرتفع من وجهة نظر المديرين. This study aimed to know the effect of creative thinking on service quality on higher education in through the dimensions of creative thinking (sensitivity to problems, intellectual fluency, originality, flexibility, continuation of direction). The survey tool was used on a sample of managers at the University of kasdi Marbah ouargla. The sample size is 97 questionnaires. The data in the questionnaires were analyzed using the statistical package of social sciences (spss) based on the arithmetic averages, standard deviations, linear regression analysis , And the study reached many results, the most important: that creative thinking has a high impact on the service quality in the University of Ouargla for managers, and that the level of creative thinking in the university is characterized as high.
