تجربة الإمارات العربية المتحدة في مكافحة الفساد والوقاية منه دراسة تحليلية 2010- 2020

Résumé: : لقد استهدفنا من خلال هذا البحث إلقاء الضوء على تجربة الإمارات العربية المتحدة في مكافحة ظاهرة الفساد والوقاية منه، وقد استخدمنا لغرض ذلك كل من المنهج الوصفي، المنهج التحليلي، ومنهج دراسة حالة. وتوصلنا في الأخير إلى أن الآليات التي اعتمدتها دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة في مكافحة الفساد والوقاية منه تعتبر فعالة للغاية، فهي اعتمدت بدرجة أولى على ديوان المحاسبة الذي يعتبر أعلى جهاز للرقابة المالية والمحاسبية، وعلى سن مجموعة من القوانين الخاصة بمكافحة الفساد والتطبيق العادل لها، كما عملت أيضا على تعزيز التعاون الدولي والإقليمي في هذا المجال. We have aimed to shed light on the experience of the United Arab Emirates through this research in combating and preventing corruption. for this purpose, we have used all of descriptive, analytical, and case study approaches. At the end, we have concluded that the mechanisms that were adopted by the United Arab Emirates are very effective in combating and preventing corruption, it was based primarily on the accounting audit, which is the highest device for financial and accounting oversight, and on the enactment of a set of anti-corruption laws and to apply them in a fair way fair. It also promotes international and regional cooperation in this field.
