منهج النقد الأصولي وتجلياته في المصطلح الأصولي -ابن عاشور أنموذجا-

Résumé: إنّ الناظر في المنهج العلمي لعلم أصول الفقه، وما يكتنزه من آراه ومقاربات بديعة ليلحظُ أن منهج النّقد الأصولي، يوحي بتلازم تاريخي وعلمي متناسق متزن، مسهم في تطور المعرفة الأصولية في أبعادها العلمية والمنهجية، والنّظر في مصنّفاتها ومحدّداتها المعرفية، تأتي هذه المطارحة الفكرية لغرض استجلاء الحدود المنهجية للنقد الأصولي عند الإمام ابن عاشور في كتابه مقاصد الشّريعة الإسلامية؛ وأثر ذلك في تكوين المصطلح الأصولي، وتجديد بنيته الاستيعابية، و رصد مدى الانتقال المرحلي الذي مرت به المعرفة المقاصدية من حضن المعرفة الأصولية. In the scientific method of the science of the origins of jurisprudence, and the excellent views and approaches that it makes to note that the fundamentalist monetary approach implies a balanced historical and scientific connotation, which will help in the development of fundamentalist knowledge in its scientific and methodological dimensions, and the consideration of its knowledge and its cognitive implications. This intellectual struggle is for the purpose of clarifying the systematic limits of the fundamentalist criticism of Imam Ibn Ashour in his book the purposes of Islamic law; it has affected the formation of the fundamentalist term, the renewal of its absorptive structure, and the monitoring of the progressive transfer of the purposited knowledge from the embrace of fundamentalist knowledge..
