الكفاية المعرفية لمعلمي المدارس الابتدائية في تدريس التربية البدنية والرياضية وفق متطلبات المناهج الحديثة وأثرها على تعليمية المادة

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة تأثير الكفايات المعرفية لمعلمي المرحلة الابتدائية على تدريس التربية البدنية و الرياضية بناءً على المنهج التربوي الحديث المعتمد في الجزائر ، باستخدام أسلوب التحليل الوصفي ، ، اخترنا عينة عشوائية تضم 138 معلمًا من بلديات الأغواط. ، باستخدام الاستبيان كأداة وباستخدام مجموعة متنوعة من الأساليب الإحصائية ، حيث توصلنا إلى أن الكفاية المعرفية للمعلم لها تأثير إيجابي غير كافٍ على تدريس التربية البدنية و الرياضية في التعليم الابتدائي ، وهو ما يرجع إلى عدة عوامل مشتركة ، بما في ذلك الفشل في اعتماد برنامج شامل ومتكامل، مما يقتضي توظيف خريجي معاهد التربية البدنية والرياضية في المدارس الابتدائية لتدريس مادة التربية البدنية والرياضية The study aimed to find out the impact of the cognitive sufficiency of primary school teachers on teaching physical and sports education based on the modern educational curriculum adopted in Algeria, using the descriptive analysis method, we chose a random sample of 138 teachers from the municipalities of Laghouat. , using the questionnaire as a tool and using a variety of statistical methods, where we concluded that the teacher's cognitive competence has an insufficient positive effect on the teaching of physical education and sports in primary education, which is due to several common factors, including the failure to adopt a comprehensive and integrated program , which requires the employment of graduates of physical education and sports institutes in primary schools to teach physical education and sports
