دور التشخيص الاستراتيجي في بناء مقومات الإبداع والابتكار في المؤسسة الاقتصادية - دراسة حالـــة -
Résumé: This study aims to determine the role of strategic diagnosis in building the creativity and innovation of the economic pharmaceutical company saidal in Médéa. The study identified an independent variable in the strategic diagnosis in its two dimensions. (Internal strategic diagnosis, external strategic diagnosis), and a variable in innovation and innovation in its dimensions (Problem-solving and decision-making, changeability, risk-taking, communication capacity, encouragement of creativity and innovation) in order to reach the main objective of the study, the resolution was designed to collect data from the sample population. The number reached (400 sample), representing the entire community, Statistical Product and Service Solutions program (SPSS) was used to analyze resolution data, based on arithmetic averages, correlation coefficient and other statistical methods. The study found that there is a role for the 78.3% strategic diagnosis in building creativity and innovation in the pharmaceutical company Saidal
