أثر تطبيق المسؤولية الإجتماعية على أداء المؤسسة الإقتصادية - دراسة حالة المؤسسة الوطنية للدهن بسوق أهراس -

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أثر تطبيق المسؤولية الإجتماعية على أداء المؤسسة الإقتصادية مستعينين بالمؤسسة الوطنية للدهن بسوق أهراس كحالة تتم من خلالها الدراسة، وقد شملت الدراسة حوالي 50 عامل والإستعانة باستبيان يشمل أبعاد المسؤولية الإجتماعية والأداء، ثم تحليل النتائج المتحصل عليها باستخدام برنامج spss. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود إتفاق في آراء أفراد العينة المستهدفة على المستوى الكبير لأداء المؤسسة، و كذا وجود تأثير فعلي لتطبيق المسؤولية الإجتماعية بمختلف أبعادها على أداء المؤسسة الإقتصادية. The aim of this study is to highlight the impact of the application of sicial responsibility on the performance of the economic institution, using the national painting corporation in Souk Ahras state as a case in which the study is, the study included about 50 workers and the use of a questionnaire that includes the dimensions of social responsibility and performance, then analyze the obtained results using spss program. The study found that there was agreement ampng the target sample on the large level of enterprise performance and that the application of social responsibility in its various dimensions had an actual impact on enterprise performance.
