تحليل التدفقات المالية وانعكاساته على التوازنات المالية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية -حالة شركة التسيير العقاري بولاية الأغواط-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية الى محاولة إظهار جانب من جوانب التحليل المالي وهو تحليل التدفقات المالية، ومعرفة انعكاسات ذلك على تقويم التوازنات المالية في المؤسسة، ومن أجل بلوغ هذه الغاية تمّ تحليل التدفقات المالية لشركة التسيير العقاري بولاية الأغواط بالاعتماد على قوائمها المالية بالإضافة إلى تقصي المعلومات من الشركة. وتمّ التوصل إلى أنّ القرارات المالية من تمويل دائم وتمويل دورة الاستغلال كان لها أثر إيجابي على التوازن المالي الكلي في الشركة، اذ مكنتها من تحقيق توازن مالي دائم ساهم في سد العجز في احتياجاتها وحقق لها فائضا في خزينتها، وهي شروط تحقيق التوازن المالي في الشركات، إلا أنه تبيّن من خلال تحليل تدفقاتها المالية أنّ هناك تذبذبا في تطور مؤشرات التوازن المالي لديها ما بين انخفاض وارتفاع غير مدروسين، يتطلب تقويما لها من خلال تصحيح وترشيد القرارات المالية أكثر مستقبلا. implications for the evaluation of financial balances in the institution, and in order to achieve this goal the financial flows of the real estate management company in Laghouat were analyzed based on its financial statements in addition to the investigation of information from the company. We concluded that the financial decisions had a positive impact on the overall financial balance of the company, enabling it to achieve a permanent financial balance that contributed to the deficit in its needs and achieved a surplus in its treasury, which is the conditions for achieving financial balance in companies, but it was found through the analysis of their financial flows that there is a fluctuation in the development of its financial balance indicators, requiring a correction by correcting and rationalizing financial decisions in the Future.
