مركز الضبط وعلاقته بالاحتراق النفسي لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي بمدينة بوسعادة

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين مركز الضبط والاحتراق النفسي لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي بمدينة بوسعادة بالمسيلة، ومعرفة الفروق في كل مركز الضبط والاحتراق النفسي لدى عينة الدراسة حسب متغير الجنس، حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وتطبيق مقياس مركز الضبط لروتر، ومقياس الاحتراق النفسي لماسلاش على عينة قدرها 227 أستاذا وأستاذة من أساتذة التعليم الثانوي. لقد أسفرت الدراسة بعد المعالجة الإحصائية للبيانات ببرنامج spss علي النتائج التالية: - وجود علاقة إرتباطية طردية موجبة بين مركز الضبط الخارجي والاحتراق النفسي لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي. - عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في مركز الضبط حسب متغير الجنس. - عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في الاحتراق النفسي حسب متغير الجنس. ABSTRACT: The current study sought to reveal the relationship between the locus of control and the psychological burnout of secondary school teachers at Bou-saada city, M' sila. It also aimed to know the differences in the psychological burnout and in locus of control according to the gender variable. We relied on the descriptive method and used both Router's locus of control scale and Maslach burnout Inventory (M B I) on a sample of 227 teachers. After processessing data statistically through SPSS, the following results were achieved: - There is a positive correlation between the locus of control and psychological burnout among secondary school teachers. - There are no significant statistical differences in the locus of control according to gender - There are no significant statistical differences in the psychological burnout according to gender.
