أنظمة الدفع الالكتروني في القرن الحادي والعشرين الواقع والتحديات

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهم أنظمة الدفع الالكترونية وكذا تتبع مجمل الأشكال التي عرفتها وسائل الدفع الالكترونية الحديثة، انطلاقا بما يسمى البطاقات البنكية، البطاقات الذكية وصولا إلى ما يسمى بالنقود الرقمية ) الالكترونية(، والعمل على إبراز أهم الاختلافات بين هذه الوسائل وكذا التحديات والعراقيل التي تواجهها أمام وسائل الدفع التقليدية، والعوامل المساعدة على نجاحها. وخرجت الدراسة بمجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن وسائل الدفع تسهل المعاملات الخاصة بتبادل السلع والخدمات، تبادل البيانات الكترونيا، وكذا اختصار الوقت والتكلفة. The aim of this study is to identify the most important electronic payment systems as well as to follow all the forms known by the modern electronic payment methods, from the so-called bank cards, smart cards to the so-called electronic (digital), and work to highlight the most important differences between these means as well as challenges and obstacles Faced by traditional payment methods, and the factors that help their success. The study produced a number of results, the most important of which is that the means of payment facilitate transactions related to the exchange of goods and services, the exchange of data electronically, as well as the reduction of time and cost.
