القيادة التربوية ودورها في الحد من العنف في المؤسسات التربوية (مستشار التوجيه نموذجا)
Résumé: ملخص: يهدف هذا المقال الى التعرف على احدى القيادات التربوية الهامة بالمؤسسات التربوية التي تساعد في الحفاظ على النظام المدرسي من بعض المظاهر السلبية،الا وهو مستشار التوجيه إذ يمثل عنصر مهم واساسي في العملية التربوية فهو بسعى من خلال الدور المنوط به الى الحد من ظاهرة العنف داخل المؤسسة التربوية ،لذا سوف نتطرق في مقالنا هذا الى التعرف على دور ومهام مستشار التوجيه واليات تفعيل مستشار التوجيه لمواجهة ظاهرة العنف في المؤسسات التربوية. abstract:This article aims to identify on of the educational laeders that helps to preserve the school system from some negative appearance ;which is the guidance counselor ;as it represents an important and essential element in the educational process; as it seeks thought the role assigned to it to reduce the phenomenon of violence within the educational institution ;therefore in this article ;we will discuss the role of the guidance counselor to confront the phenomenon of violence in educational institutions .
