مستوى رأس المال النفسي لدى أساتذة مرحلتي التعليم؛ المتوسط والثانوي بمدينة ورقلة -دراسة استكشافية مقارنة-

Résumé: الملخص(عربية): تهدف الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى رأس المال النفسي لدى أساتذة مرحلتي التعليم؛ المتوسط والثانوي بمدينة ورقلة، وتحديد مدى دلالة الفروق في فيه لديهم تبعا لكل من؛ المرحلة التعليمية، المادة المدرسة، وطبيعة المنصب المهني. لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي ؛ الاستكشافي والمقارن، بتطبيق مقياس رأس المال النفسي لليثانس وزملائه، بعد التحقق من خصائصه السيكومترية على (215) أستاذا. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى رأس المال النفسي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط والثانوي بمدينة ورقلة كان منخفضا، ولا وجود لفروق دالة إحصائيا في رأس المال النفسي لديهم تبعا لكل من؛ المرحلة التعليمية، المادة المدرسة، وطبيعة المنصب المهني. Abstract: (English) The study aims to explore the level of psychological capital among the middle and secondary school teachers in the city of Ouargla, and to detect the significance of differences in of their psychological capital according to each of; educational stage, school subject, and nature of the post. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers used the descriptive exploratory and comparative method, by applying the Psychological Capital Scale of Luthans and his colleagues, which was applied it to (215) school teachers. The study found that the level of The psychological capital among the middle and secondary teachers in the city of Ouargla was low, there were no statistically significant differences in the their psychological capital according to educational stage, school subject, and nature of the post.
