Résumé: Our purely titled "Acts between trespassing and necessity" was set up in Amr bin Kulthum. We have chosen this title to study and analyze it in order to achieve proper pronunciation and correct recruitment of both the necessary and the infringed act and to stand up to the reasoning of the buildings of the act and indicate their possible expressions and differences. In which we addressed the following problems, what impact does division of acts have in terms of infringement and necessity in the diversity of the Arabic sentence? In terms of the simplicity, composition and one of the parties to attribute the actual sentence and the act is affected by the phenomenon of encroachment and necessity, does the phrase come out of being simple to being composite?
