الأنظمة البديلة للعقوبة وفق التشريع الجزائري
Résumé: تناولت الدراسة مختلف المفاهيم المتعلقة بموضوع الأنظمة البديلة لعقوبة الحبس قصيرة المدى وفقا التشريع الجزائري، حيث تم تناولها من خلال قانون العقوبات وقانون الإجراءات الجزائية والمتمثلة في نظام وقف تنفيذ العقوبة بالإضافة إلى نظام عقوبة العمل للنفع العام ، فضلا عن نظام التدابير الإحترازية، كما تبنى المشرع الجزائري أنظمة بديلة للعقوبة بالنص عليها وفقا لقانون السجون والمتمثلة في نظام إجازة الخروج، نظام الإفراج المشروط ونظام الحرية النصفية. The study dealt with various concepts related to the subject of alternative systems of short term prison sentences in accordance with Algerian legislation. They were dealt with through the Penal Code and the Code of Criminal Procedure, in addition to the system of punishment for public benefit as well as the system of precautionary measures. Alternative punishment systems according to the Prison Act, namely the system of exit leave, conditional release system and the mid-term freedom system.
