بيع المرابحة للآمر بالشراء دراسة تطبيقية في ضوء تجربة بنك البركة الجزائري

Résumé: تناول هذا البحث موضوع بيع المرابحة للآمر بالشراء دراسة تطبيقية في ضوء تجربة بنك البركة الجزائري، وقد تضمنت مقدمة البحث الإشكالية التالية: هل يعتبر بيع المرابحة للآمر بالشراء في هذا العصر بديلا شرعيا للاستثمارات الربوية السائدة في البنوك التقليدية؟ وهل يعتبر بنك البركة الجزائري أنموذجا في ممارسة هذا النوع من العقود؟ وقد احتوى موضوع البحث على ثلاثة مباحث وخاتمة؛ مبحث تمهيدي تناولنا فيه مدخل عام للموضوع، أما المبحث الأول تناولنا فيه بيع المرابحة للآمر بالشراء وحكمه كما تناولنا في المبحث الثاني بيع المرابحة للآمر بالشراء كما يجريه بنك البركة الجزائري. الملخص باللغة الأنجليزية Abstract This study deals with the issue of murabaha to the purchase order a practical study in the light of the experience of Al Baraka Bank of Algeria. The introduction of the research included the following problem: Is the sale of Murabaha to the purcchase order in this age a legitimate alternative to the riba-based investments prevailing in conventional banks? Is the Algerian Al Baraka Bank is considered a model in the practice of this type of contract? The subject of research included three topics and a conclusion; Study of introductory dealt a general introduction to the topic, the first topic we dealt with the Murabaha to the purchase order and its rule, as we dealt with in the second topic Murabaha sale to the purchase order as carried out by the Algerian Al Baraka Bank.
