تقييم أثر تعميق التكامل الإقليمي والاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر الوافد على معدلات البطالة في دول الاتحاد الاقتصادي والنقدي لغرب إفريقيا)الايموا(: دراسة قياسية خلال الفترة 1995-2019

Résumé: الملخص: عملت دول الاتحاد النقدي لغرب إفريقيا، بعد تفاقم الأزمات الاقتصادية خلال الثمانينات، على تعميق التكامل الاقتصادي فيما بينها، وذلك من أجل تحقيق عدّة أهدافٍ، أهمّها زيادة فرص العمل والرفع من معدّلات النموّ الاقتصادي. و بذلك، تمّ إنشاء الاتّحاد الاقتصادي والنقدي لغرب إفريقيا. وعليه هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم أثر تعميق التكامل الإقليمي والاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر الوافد في التخفيض من معدلات البطالة في دول الاتحاد الاقتصادي والنقدي لغرب إفريقيا (الايموا)، باستخدام طرق قياسية تعتمد على إجراء اختبار التكامل المشترك ونموذج متجه الانحدار الذاتي، وذلك خلال الفترة 1995-2019، وباستعمال المتغيرات التالية: التجارة البينية والاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر الوافد كمتغيرات مستقلة، ومعدلات البطالة كمتغير تابع، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها عدم قدرة التكامل الإقليمي والاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر الوافد في تخفيض معدلات البطالة في دول الإيموا على المدى الطويل. Abstract : After the exacerbation of the economic crises during the 1980s, the countries of the West African Monetary Union endeavored to deepen the economic integration between them, in order to achieve several objectives, the most important of which is the increased employment opportunities and increased economic growth rates. Thus, the West African Economic and Monetary Union was created. As a result, this study aimed to assess the impact of deepening regional integration and inward foreign direct investment on the reduction of unemployment rates in the countries of the West African Economic and Monetary Union (UEMOA) using standard methods based on carrying out the joint integration test and the vector autoregressive (VAR) model over the period 1995-2019. Using the following variables: intra-trade and inward foreign direct investment as independent variables, and unemployment rates as the dependent variable, this study achieved a set of results, the most important of which is the inability to regional integration and inbound foreign direct investment to reduce unemployment rates in UEMOA countries in the long run.
