الانتربول آلية دولية لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة العابرة للحدود

Résumé: تعتبر المنظمة الدولية للشرطة الجنائية أو ما يعرف ب" الانتربول " منظمة حكومية دولية التي تم انشائها سنة 1923 تعمل بالتنسيق مع هيئة الامم المتحدة و اجهزة الشرطة في جميع الدول الاعضاء فيها من اجل مكافحة العديد من الجرائم على مستوى العالم من بينها الجريمة المنظمة العابرة للحدود الوطنية على اعتبار انها من اكثر الجرائم خطورة وذات اثار وخيمة على الصعيدين الوطني والدولي وفي سبيل تحقيق هذه الغاية يتضمن الانتربول اليات تقنية هدفها دعم الجهود الوطنية في مجال التحقيقات وتفعيل دور المؤسسات الامنية بهدف وضع حد للجريمة المنظمة بمختلف انواعها The International Criminal Police Organization or what is known as “INTERPOL” is an international organization that was established in 1923 and works in coordination with the United Nations and the police agencies in all its member states in order to combat many crimes worldwide, including transnational organized crime. Considering that it is one of the most serious crimes with grave effects at the national and international levels, and in order to achieve this end, INTERPOL includes technical mechanisms aimed at supporting national efforts in the field of investigations and activating the role of security institutions with the aim of putting an end to organized crime of all kinds.
