العولمة و المواطنة: أزمة هوية أم هوية أزمة؟

Résumé: ألقت المستجدات المعاصرة ظلالها على الروابط الثقافية والاجتماعية لمختلف الحضارات، وقد أسدلت خيوطها على الأبعاد الإنسانية والكونية والمدنية بفعل ما يعرف بالعولمة، فقد حملت العولمة في ثناياها مجموعة التغيرات الهائلة والمستجدات الكونية التي مست الروابط الاجتماعية والمدنية في الشعوب والدول أهمها المواطنة التي تعتبر شعور وجداني بالانتماء للوطن والمجتمع على وجه التحديد، فهي التي تضمن حقوق الأفراد وحرياتهم في ظل المؤسسات الاجتماعية، وتكمن قيمتها في علاقتها المباشرة بالهوية التي تعزز دور الفرد في المجتمع، حيث نشهد على وجود توافق بين الهوية الاجتماعية التي تقوم على الأسس السياسية والقانونية، وبين الانتماء الجغرافي للمجتمع أو الوطن (المواطنة)، لذا فتعامل المواطن مع العولمة أمر ضروري من خلال فهم مقاصدها وما تدعو إليه من قيم ومبادئ أساسها التوحيد والاندماج بين المجتمعات الإنسانية تحت لواء الثقافة الواحدة والنمط الفكري والحضاري العالمي عبر تحقيق فكرة المواطن العالمي. فهل تؤثر العولمة في المواطنة؟ Abstract: The modern life has spotted light on the social and cultural relationships of different civilizations, and it dominanted the human,universal and civil dimensions by what is called globalization. The later has hold inside it huge changes and new universal things that have touched the social and civil relationships of people and nations especially citizenship that is considered as a the feeling of belonging to the country generally and society specifically. It ensures each individual's rights and freedom under the social associations shadow. Globalization value is in its relation with identity which gives a great importance to the individual role in society, because it witnesses the qualification between the social identity, that is based on political and legal bases,and the geographic belonging to the society or the country (citizenship). So the citizen dealing with globalization is necessary from its meanings and What it is calling for through morals based on unity and shrinking in human societies under What is called one culture. The global civil way of thinking through the globalized citizen Idea. So can globalization affect citizenship?
