العلاقات الجزائرية - الإفريقية في عهد الرئيس أحمد بن بلة (1962-1965م)

Résumé: تحتل إفريقيا مكانة مميزة في علاقات الجزائر الخارجية، حيث إرتبطت الجزائر وإفريقيا بعلاقات كانت المعطيات التاريخية والجغرافية والبشرية عاملا فاعلا فيها، كما كان للثورة الجزائرية بمبادئها وبعدها الإفريقي دور في تهيئة الأرضية الخصبة وإرساء أسس وقواعد متينة لهذه العلاقات بعد الإستقلال، حيث كان للتوجه الإفريقي في السياسة الخارجية للرئيس أحمد بن بلة دورا محوريا في إقامة هذه العلاقات وتطورها. وتسلط هذه الدراسة الضوء على علاقة الثورة الجزائرية بإفريقيا وأثرها في بناء العلاقات الجزائرية الإفريقية بعد الاستقلال، ومدى مساهمة التوجه الإفريقي في السياسة الخارجية للجزائر في عهد ابن بلة في بناء هذه العلاقات، التي تطورت لتشمل كل المجالات السياسية والإقتصادية والثقافية. Africa occupies a distinctive position in Algeria’s foreign relations, Where Algeria and Africa were linked by relations in which historical, geographical and human data were an active factor, and the Algerian revolution with its principles and African dimension had a role in creating fertile ground and laying solid foundations and bases for these relations after independence, which the African orientation in the foreign policy of President Ahmed Ben Bella played a pivotal role in these relations. this study sheds light on the relation of the Algerian revolution with Africa and its impact on Algerian-African relations after independence, and how the African orientation in the foreign policy of President Ahmed Ben Bella contributed in building these relations, which evolved to include all political, economic and cultural fields
