التعاطي الإعلامي مع ظاهرة الوباء المعلوماتي في سياق جائحة كورونا

Résumé: سعت هذه الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة الطبيعة الديناميكية للأخبار المزيفة وكيفية تعامل الصحفيين في الجزائر مع الوباء المعلوماتي في سياق فيروس كورونا المستجد، بالاستعانة بالمنهج الوصفي التحليلي وأداة المقابلة مع عينة قصدية من الصحفيين. أظهرت النتائج أن المعلومات المضللة والمعلومات المغلوطة وتزييف الأخبار، وباء معلوماتي في زمن فيروس كورونا المستجدّ، استفاد من التكنولوجيا الرقمية ووفرة المعلومات و سرعة وصولها إلى جمهور أوسع غير محدد بالمكان والزمان، فضلا عن خلط الأوساط المهنية والأكاديمية بين "الأخبار الزائفة" وبعض مظاهر الخلل المهني التي تطرأ في وسائل الإعلام المحترفة، فيما تباينت آراء الصحفيين بين المدافع عن مهنية الإعلام الجزائري في التصدي لظاهرة الوباء المعلوماتي و الناقد لدورها في إنتاج ونشر الظاهرة، في ظل غياب صحافة علمية متخصصة و الحاجة إلى تنمية مهارات الصحفيين في التحقق وفحص صحة المحتوى الرقمي. ABSTRACT: This research paper sought to study the dynamic nature of fake news and how journalists in Algeria deal with the health epidemic and the infodemic in the context of the emerging coronavirus, using the descriptive approach and the interview tool with an intentional sample of journalists. The results showed the that disinformation, misinformation, and fake news is an infodemic at the time of the emerging Corona virus, while the opinions of journalists differed among professional advocates The Algerian media in addressing the infodemic and criticizing its role in the production and dissemination of the phenomenon, in the absence of specialized scientific journalism and the need to develop journalists' skills in verifying and examining the authenticity of digital content.
