إدارة مخاطر السيولة بالبنوك الإسلامية دراسة حالة بنك البركة الجزائري -وكالة غرداية- خلال الفترة ( 2010-2014)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مفهوم السيولة في المصارف الإسلامية و مفهوم إدارة السيولة و نظرياتها واستراتيجياتها كما عرضت الدارسة أهم مصادر السيولة في المصارف الإسلامية و أدواتها و كذلك التحديات التي تواجهه إدارة السيولة في هذه المصارف، بفاعلية، وقد استخدمنا المنهج التحليل الوصفي لتناسب مع طبيعة الدراسة لتحقيق أهدافها، وتوصلنا إلى نتائج أهمها: أن إدارة السيولة بالمصارف تعني ملائمة المصرف بين تحصيل السيولة في أقل مدة و بأقل تكلفة، كذلك قدرة المصرف على مواجهة المخاطر بما فيها الفائض و العجز، إضافة إلى أن المصارف الإسلامية تواجه عدة تحديات و عوائق في إدارتها السيولة و عدم وجود أدوات السيولة التي تتوافق مع الشريعة الإسلامية .This study aims to identify the concept of liquidity in Islamic banks and the concept of liquidity management theories and strategies as the study offered the most liquidity of Islamic banks and tools sources, as well as the challenges it faces liquidity management in Islamic banks, effectively, it has been used in Dell descriptive and analytical study of the suitability of the nature of the study and to achieve their goals and reach researchers to the set of results the most important, that the liquidity management of banks means appropriateness bank between the collection of liquidity in less duration and less expensive, as well as the bank's ability to cope with risk between excess liquidity and deficit, the study found also that Islamic banks face many challenges and problems in the management of liquidity as well as a lack Liquidity in the tools that fit with Shariah
