أثر تحرير التجارة الخارجية على ميزان المدفوعات في ظل تقلبات سعر الصرف وسعر البترول: دراسة قياسية على الجزائر خلال الفترة 1992- 2019
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر تحرير التجارة الخارجية على ميزان المدفوعات في الجزائر في ظل تقلبات سعر الصرف وسعر البترول خلال الفترة 1992-2019، بالاعتماد على منهج الانحدار الذاتي لفجوات الإبطاء الموزعة، واستخدام مؤشر الانفتاح التجاري، سعر الصرف وسعر البترول كمتغيرات مستقلة بالإضافة إلى رصيد ميزان المدفوعات كمتغير تابع. خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن الانفتاح التجاري وسعر البترول يؤثران إيجابيا على ميزان المدفوعات بينما سعر الصرف يؤثر سلبيا. This study aims to measure the impact of the liberalization of foreign trade on the balance of payments in Algeria in light of fluctuations in the exchange rate and the oil price during the period 1992-2019, based on the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) approach, and using the trade openness index, the exchange rate and the oil price as independent variables Plus the balance of payments balance as a dependent variable. This study concluded that trade openness and the oil price positively affect the balance of payments, while the exchange rate affect negatively.
