تحليل قطاعي للصناعات الصغيرة بالمنطقة العربية، على ضوء التحول الرقـمي ومتطلبات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة

Résumé: ملخص : هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أهم المفاهيم المرتبطة بالتحول الرقمي والثورة الصناعية الرابعة، ومعرفة أهمية هذا التحول بالنسبة للصناعات الصغيرة في المنطقة العربية، من خلال إجراء تحليل قطاعي لتحديد أيها أولى بدعم تحولها الرقمي، استنادا على مجموعة من المعايير المختارة. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الدول العربية، لابد أن تركز أثناء تحولها الرقمي على خمسة قطاعات أساسية هي: قطاع الخدمات المالية، قطاع الصناعة، قطاع الصحة، وقطاع تجارة الجملة والتجزئة، وقطاع التعليم، وهي القطاعات الأولى بدعم تحولها الرقمي لانخفاض تكاليف التحويل وارتفاع عوائدها، وقدرتها على دعم التنمية الاجتماعية من خلال زيادة نسب العمالة، ناهيك عن الآثار الايجابية المحتملة لها على باقي القطاعات الأخرى. Abstract : This study aimed to shed light on the most important concepts related to digital transformation and the Industry (4.0), and to know the importance of this transformation for small business in the Arab countries, by conducting a sectoral analysis for them to determine which sectors are first to digital transformation, based on a selected set of criteria. The study concluded that the Arab countries, during the digital transformation, must focus on five basic sectors: the financial services sector, the industrial sector, the health sector, the wholesale and retail trade sector, and the education sector, which are the first sectors to support their digital transformation due to the low conversion costs and high returns, And its ability to support social development by increasing employment rates, in addition to its potential positive effects on other sectors.
