Résumé: تعالج هذه الورقة البحثية موضوع الفضاء العمومي الإفتراضي الذي يعتبر امتدادا للمفهوم الكلاسيكي للفضاء العمومي، حيث بإماكن البشرية اليوم أن تلتقي عبر الفضاءات التي توفرها شبكات التواصل الإجتماعي مثل فايسبوك، تويتر، أنستغرام ...إلخ من أجل النقاش والحوار وتبادل وجهات النظر حول القضايا الكونية والعالمية، بغض النظر عن الإختلاف اللغوي أو الديني أو العرقي أو الجغرافي...إلخ، مما يجعل الإنسان المعاصر على وعي واطلاع بما يحدث في العالم بأسره، وليس فقط بما يحدث ضمن حدود بلده، مع إمكانية تفعيل مشاركته في تقديم الإقتراحات والأفكار والحلول للمشاكل ذات الطابع العالمي أو الإقليمي، وتسخير عقله في خدمة القضايا الإنسانية العادلة في العالم، لتصبح بذلك شبكات التواصل الإجتماعي منافسا استراتيجيا و بديلا حيويا للمؤسسات العالمية الرسمية التي تحتكر المناقشات العامة حول القضايا الكونية مثل هيئة الأمم المتحدة وغيرها. الكلمات المفتاحية: الفضاء العمومي الإفتراضي - شبكات التواصل الإجتماعي- المجتمعات الإفتراضية. Abstract : This research paper addresses the topic of virtual public space which is an extension of the classic concept of public space, where humankind today can converge through the spaces provided by social media, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram… etc, for discussion, dialogue and exchange of views about global issues, regardless of the linguistic, religious, ethnic or geographical differences, this makes contemporary people aware of what is happening in the whole world, and not only what is happening within the borders of his country, whith the possibility of his participation in providing suggestions, ideas and solutions to problems of a global or regional nature, and harnessing his mind to serve just human causes in the world, thus, social media become a vital competitor and alternative to the official global institutions that monopolize public discussions on global issues such as United Nations and others.
