تقييم الإفصاح المحاسبي عن التدفقات النقدية و أثره على القرار الاستثماري دراسة حالة المؤسسة الوطنية للأشغال في الآبار للفترة ما بين 2014-2018

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز اثر الإفصاح المحاسبي عن قائمة التدفقات النقدية على القرار الاستثماري للمؤسسة الوطنية للأشغال في الآبار بورقلة للفترة 2014/ 2018،وذلك من خلال التعرض للإطار النظري لكل من الإفصاح المحاسبي ،قائمة التدفقات النقدية والقرار الاستثماري وبعض الدراسات التي تناولت الموضوع ،حيث اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في شقه النظري ،وإتباع اسلوب دراسة الحالة في تحليل النسب المستخرجة من قائمة التدفقات النقدية التي تم إجراؤها على مستوى المؤسسة الوطنية للأشغال في الآبار بمدينة حاسي مسعود-ولاية ورقلة, حيث توصلنا الى أن جدول التدفقات النقدية يساهم في تحديد أنشطة المؤسسة ومعرفة التدفقات النقدية الداخلة والخارجة و أن إضافة قائمة التدفقات النقدية لمنظومة الافصاح المحاسبي في المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية يعتبر خطوة معتبرة نحو الشفافية ومكسب معلوماتي للأطراف المهتمة كما يساعد جدول التدفقات النقدية في الافصاح عن المعلومات المحاسبية التي تساعد مختل الاطراف ذات العلاقة سواء العلاقة الداخلية والخارجية في ترشيد قراراتهم . فThis study aimed to highlight the impact of the accounting disclosure on the statement of cash flows on the investment decision of the National Establishment for Wells Works in Burqila for the period 2014/18, through exposure to the theoretical framework of both the accounting disclosure, the statement of cash flows and the investment decision and some studies that dealt with the subject. Research on the descriptive analytical method in the theoretical apartment, and follow the method of case study in the analysis of the percentages extracted from the list of cash flows that were conducted at the level of the National Foundation for Works in Wells in Hassi Messaoud-Wilayat Ouargla, where we found that the flow table The cash flow contributes to determining the activities of the institution and the knowledge of cash inflows and outflows. The addition of the cash flow statement to the accounting system of disclosure in the Algerian economic institutions is considered a significant step towards transparency and information gain for interested parties. The cash flow table helps in the disclosure of accounting information that helps different parties. Internal and external relationship in rationalizing their decisions.
