حاضنات الأعمال في ظل بيئة الأعمال الجزائرية

Résumé: في ظل المحيط الجديد، الذي كثرت فيه المتغيرات وتعقدت فيه عملية إدارة أعمال المنظمات والتي أصبحت تنشط في بيئة تتميز بالمخاطرة وحالة عدم التأكد, لم يعد البقاء هدفا سهل المنال, ناهيك عن تحقيق النمو واكتساح أسواق جديدة. فالبقاء و الريادة لن يكون إلا للأجود أداء و الأحسن لمختلف الأطراف ، و في ظل شدة المنافسة و خاصة بالنسبة المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة و التي تعمل على توسيع حصصها السوقية و اقتحام أسواق جديدة تعتبر حاضنات الأعمال من أكثر المنظومات التي تم ابتكارها في العقدين الأخيرين و التي حققت نجاحا كبيرا في دعم تلك المؤسسات من أجل تنفيذ برنامج التنمية الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية و خلق فرص عمل جديدة ، و قد تم الاستعانة بها في الكثير من دول العالم المتقدمة منها و النامية على حد سواء ، و عليه تم تقديم هذه الورقة البحثية لمعرفة ما مدى مساهمة حاضنات الأعمال في دعم المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة في النظام البيئي الحالي خاصة في الجزائر ABSTRACT In the new environnement, where there are many variables and the complexity of managing the business of organizations that have become active in a risky and uncertain environment, survival is no longer an easy goal, let alone to achieve growth and sweep new marketsSurvival will be only for the best performance and the best of various parties, and in the light of the intensity of competition, especially for small and medium enterprises, which are working to expand their market shares and break into new markets Business incubators are one of the most innovative systems in the last two decades that have achieved success It has been used in many developed and developing countries alike, and this paper was presented to know the extent of the contribution of business incubators.
