جائحة كورونا وإشكالية الأخبار الزائفة عبر مواقع التواصل -معالم الظاهرة واستراتيجيات مواجهتها

Résumé: يشهد العالم أزمة صحية خطيرة بسبب انتشار فيروس كورونا، وهو ما تسبب في تعطيل مختلف المنظومات الحيوية (النقل، الغذاء، الصحة..)، ورافق انتشار الجائحة، انتشار المعلومات المضللة والزائفة التي خلقت نوع من الاضطراب لدى الناس عززه وجود بيئة التواصل الاجتماعي التي ضاعفت من هذا الانتشار، وقد أدى ذلك إلى حجب السلوكيات الصحية وتقشي الممارسات الخاطئة التي تزيد من انتشار الفيروس وخطره. هذا الوضع يحتم على وسائط الإعلام والاتصال، ومنظمات الرعاية الصحية والمجتمعية، وغيرها من الفاعلين إطلاق استراتيجيات وبرامج لنشر رسائل الصحة الصحيحة والموثوقة، وتطبيق التكنولوجيات المتقدمة للكشف عن المحتوى الإلكتروني الزائف وإزالته من جميع منصات التواصل الاجتماعي، كما يتطلب تطبيق إجراءات قانونية رادعة لمروجي الأخبار الزائفة. Abstract: The world is experiencing a serious health crisis due to the spread of the CORONAvirus, which has disrupted various vital systems (transport, food, health..). The spread of the pandemic was accompanied by the spread of misinformation and false information that created a kind of disorder in people reinforced by the existence of a social media environment that had increased this prevalence, which had obscured healthy behaviors and undermined malpractice that increased the spread and risk of the virus. In this situation, the media, health and community care organizations, and other actors had to launch strategies and programs to disseminate correct and reliable health messages, apply advanced technologies to detect and remove false electronic content from social media platforms, and require deterrent legal procedures for Fake news promoters.
