دور الصلابة النفسية في تحسين الاداء المهاري للاعبي كرة القدم -دراسة ميدانية على مدربي ولاية اولاد جلال

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة لمعرفة دور واهمية الصلابة النفسية في تحسين الاداء المهاري لدى لاعبي كرة القدم , ومعرفة مستوى الصلابة النفسية عند لاعب كرة القدم وتقييمها من خلال اداء اللاعبين اثناء اداء المهارات سواء الهجومية او دفاعية فهي احد الركائز الهامة بالنسبة للمدر ب واللاعب خلال عملية التدريب , حيث تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في ماهو دور الصلابة النفسية على الاداء المهاري لدى لاعبي كرة القدم ؟ اما منهجية الدراسة استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي بستخدام اداة الاستبيان واختيار عينة مقصودة تتكون من 28 مدرب على مستوى ولاية اولاد جلال ثم قمنا بتوزيع الاستبيان عليهم , ومن خلال المنتائج المتحصل عليها توصلنا الى ان الصلابة النفسية لها دور فعال وايجابي في تحسيين الاداء المهاري لدى لاعبي كرة القدم. - الكلمات المفتاحية : الصلابة النفسية – الاداء المهاري – لاعبي كرة القدم Abstract : The study aims to know the role and importance of psychological toughness in improving the skill performance of football players, and knowing the level of psychological toughness of the football player and its evaluation through the performance of the players during the performance of skills, whether offensive or defensive, as it is one of the important pillars for the coach and player during the training process, where it represented The problem of the study in what is the role of psychological hardness on the skill performance of football players?
