Résumé: ملخص: تتناول هذه المحاولة موضوع مؤتمر المغرب العربي بالقاهرة ودوره الفعّال في تجربة الحركة الوطنية التونسية ممثلة في الحزب الدستوري الجديد لمغربة الكفاح التحرري ، كما ترمي إلى الوقوف على أهم محطات هذه التجربة، انطلاقا من تدويل القضية التونسية بعد الحرب العالمية الثانية ومراهنات الحركة الوطنية التونسية الدولية والعربية وصولا إلى انعقاد المؤتمر بالقاهرة ودوره في بلورة السياسة المغاربية للقيادة التونسية لنصل في الأخير لخلاصة مفادها أن تنسيق العمل التحريري للحركة الوطنية التونسية مع بقية الحركات الوطنية المغاربية ما هو إلا سوى ورقة ضغط جديدة لحمل فرنسا على الجلوس إلى طاولة التفاوض .This attempt deals with the topic of the Arab Maghreb Conference in Cairo and its effective role in the experience of the Tunisian national movement represented by the new constitutional party for the Moroccanization of the liberation struggle. To the convening of the conference in Cairo and its role in crystallizing the Maghreb policy of the Tunisian leadership, to finally come to the conclusion that coordinating the editorial work of the Tunisian national movement with the rest of the Maghreb national movements is nothing but a new pressure card to get France to sit at the negotiating table.
