العلاقة السببية بين الصدمات النقدية والاستثمارات العمومية في الجزائر دراسة قياسية للفترة (1990-2018)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس العلاقة السببية بين الصدمات النقدية والاستثمارات العمومية خلال الفترة (1990-2018) واتجاه العلاقة السببية في الأجلين الطويل والقصير، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي والتحليل القياسي لسلسلة زمنية عن بيانات الدراسة بالاعتماد على تقدير نموذج متجه تصحيح الخطأVECM ، فكان لابد من الاستعانة بالإجراءات النقدية التي هي من صميم أدوات السياسة النقدية وسوف نقتصر في دراستنا بالاهتمام بالصدمات النقدية وذلك لما يرتبط بها من اثر في متغيرات الاقتصاد الكلي المحددة للاستقرار الاقتصادي الذي يستند أساسا إلى فعالية السياسة النقدية في معالجة الصدمات النقدية والتقلبات الاقتصادية، وأشارت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة توازنية في الأجل الطويل بين متغيرات الدراسة، وكذلك وجود علاقة سببية أحادية الاتجاه في الأجل القصير تتجه من المتغير المستقل العرض النقدي نحو المتغير التابع. This study aims to measure the causal relationship between monetary shocks and public investments during the period (1990-2018) and the direction of causation in the long and short term, A descriptive methodology and standard time series analysis of study data were used based on the estimation of the VECM error correction model, It was necessary to use the monetary procedures that are at the heart of monetary policy tools and will be limited in our study attention to monetary shocks, because of the impact on the macroeconomic variables defined for economic stability, the results indicated The existence of a long-term equilibrium relationship between study variables, as well as a short-term causal one-way relationship from the independent variable of the money supply to the dependent variable.
