الإستثمار في القطاع الزراعي بالولاية الشمالية في السودان - الميزات والإمكانيات

Résumé: المستخلص هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الميزات والإمكانيات التي تتمتع بها الولاية الشمالية في مجال الإستثمار الزراعي ومعرفة ما تساهم به الإستثمارات الزراعية في التنمية بالولاية، وللوصول لهذا الهدف إتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وقام ببناء إستبانة وزعت على عينة عشوائية من الإدارات التابعة لوزارتي الإستثمار والزراعة بالولاية وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الولاية تتمتع بميزات وإمكانات هائلة في مجال الإستثمار الزراعي وأنها تساهم مساهمة حقيقية في تنمية إقتصاد الولاية من خلال توفيرها للمحاصيل الإستراتيجية الغذائية والنقدية وحلها لمشكلة البطالة، وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة زيادة الإستثمارات الموجهة للقطاع الزراعي وحل المشاكل والمعوقات التي تواجه عملية الإستثمار في القطاع الزراعي. الكلمات المفتاحية: الإستثمار، القطاع الزراعي، الميزات، الإمكانيات. Abstract The study aimed to identify the advantages and capabilities that the northern state enjoys in the field of agricultural investment and to know what agricultural investments contribute to the development of the state. To reach this goal, the researcher used the descriptive and analytical approach. It has enormous advantages and capabilities in the field of agricultural investment, and it makes a real contribution to the development of the state by providing food and cash strategic crops and solving the problem of unemployment. The study recommended an increase in investments directed to the agricultural sector and solving the problems and obstacles facing the investment process in the agricultural sector.
