دور وسائل الاعلام في بناء الثقافة الديمقراطية وعلاقة ذلك بالسلوك الاجتماعي، دراسة نظرية تحليلية

Résumé: ملخص: تعد الديمقراطية سمة الأنظمة السياسية الحديثة، إلا أنَّها كمفهوم أثارت العديد من الجدل الممارساتي حول آليات تبنيها كنظام سياسي ديناميكي يُحقق الاستقرار والاستمرار للدول، المسألة التي تتطلب بدورها أولوية ترسيخها كأسلوب للحياة الاجتماعية مثلما دعا اليه جون ديوي، اتساقا وهذه الغاية تبرز أهمية وسائل الاعلام في الدعاية البناءة المزيلة للبس والغموض الذي يكتنف مصطلح الديمقراطية كـ "مفهوم وممارسة"، من خلال تجسيدها إياه كثقافة مجتمعية باعتبارها احد القنوات الأساسية الوسيطة بين السلطة والمجتمع. بناءً عليه يهدف المقال الى إبراز دور وسائل الاعلام في بناء الثقافة الديمقراطية الحقة ومدى تأثيرها على السلوك الاجتماعي للأفراد، لاسيما إذا تمتعت بمجال واسع من حرية التعبير، الأمر الذي يؤكد على مكانتها كسلطة رابعة الى جانب السلطات الثلاث. الكلمات المفتاحية: الديمقراطية، الثقافة ، وسائل الاعلام، الثقافة الديمقراطية ، السلوك الاجتماعي. Abstract: Démocracy is a feature of modern political systems, but as a concept that has raised a lot of practical debates the mecanisms of it’s adoption as a dynamic political system that achieves continuity and stability for states, an issue that in turn requires the priority of it’s consolidation as a way of social life as called for by John Dewey, consistent and this end highlights the importance of the media in propaganda constructive de-ambiguity and ambiguity surrounding the term democracy as a concept and practice by embodying it as a societal culture as one of the main mediating channels between the authority and society This artical aims to highlight the rôle of the médias in building a democratic culture and it’s impact on behavior social of individuals, among the most important findings, the média is a key rol in building democratic culture, with a wide range of freedom of expression and confirme it's position as a fourthe authority along with the three authorities.
