دور مراكز إعادة التربية في إعادة إدماج الأحداث الجانحين

Résumé: ملخص الدراسة: من خلال الدراسة التي تطرقنا إليها ، والتي بعنوان دور مراكز إعادة التربية في إدماج الأحداث الجانحين ، ظاهرة جنوح الأحداث، تعد من أخطر الظواهر الاجتماعية خاصة وأنها تمس أكثر فئات المجتمع حساسية، وهما الطفولة والمراهقة. حيث حاولنا من خلال هذه الدراسة التعرف على الدور الذي تقوم به الاصلاحيات "مراكز إعادة التربية" في عملية إعادة الإدماج الاجتماعي للأحداث الجانحين. وجاءت فرضياتنا كالتالي : - إن للرعاية الصحية والنفسية المقدمة للحدث الجانح في مراكز إعادة التربية دور في إعادة إدماجه الاجتماعي. - إن للبرامج التربوية والتعليمية المقدمة للحدث الجانح في مراكز إعادة التربية دور في إعادة إدماجه الاجتماعي. - إن للأنشطة الثقافية والترفيهية المقدمة للحدث الجانح في مراكز إعادة التربية دور في إعادة إدماجه الاجتماعي . لقد استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وطبقنا طريقة المسح الشامل على جميع افراد مجتمع الدراسة، وهم الأحداث المتواجدون على مستوى المركز المتخصص لإعادة التربية بالوادي. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن هنالك دور تلعبه كل من الرعاية الصحية والنفسية والبرامج التربوية والتعليمية، والأنشطة الثقافية والترفيهية المقدمة لنزلاء المركز في عملية إعادة الإدماج الاجتماعي لهم، وبالتالي فإن لمركز إعادة التربية دور في عملية الإدماج الاجتماعي للأحدث الجانحين. Summary : Through the study that we listed above, which entitled the role of reeducation centers in the integration of juvenile delinquents, the phenomenon of juvenile delinquency, is one of the most serious social phenomena, especially as they affect more segments of society sensitivity, two childhood and adolescence, where we tried through this study was to investigate the role that corrections are doing "re-education centers" in the social reintegration of juvenile delinquents process, by knowing whether the health and psychological care and educational and cultural programs and recreational activities offered at the center's role in this process. The study concluded that there is a role to play both the physical and mental health care, educational programs, and cultural and recreational activities, provided to guests place in the social reintegration of their process, so the Center for re-education's role in the social integration of the latest delinquent process, the study also concluded with a set of recommendations and suggestions, including: -Increased support these centers financially and morally in order to reach better results. -Activating the role of observation stations in the open middle. -Enable the re-education centers to follow the guest as he left and after the expiration provide for. - Correct negative perception of society about these centers, so as to activate the activities and intellectual seminars and awareness show the extent of its importance in the community.
