الولاية التاريخية الاولى بين تفكك قيادتها، واشكالية تجسيدها لقرارات الصومام.

Résumé: ملخص: شكَّل مؤتمر الصومام، مرحلة حاسمة في كفاح الشعب الجزائري، حيث استطاع تفعيل النشاط السياسي والعسكري للثورة الجزائرية، وحدد اهدافها النضالية ، وأمدها بهياكل تنظيمية تتماشى و المراحل الجديدة من الكفاح المسلح ، وذلك من خلال قراراته التي شكلت اجماع المشاركين على أهميتها ، غير أن غياب بعض الأطراف، ومنها منطقة الأوراس جعلها تبدي ردود أفعال ومواقف متباينة حول قراراته، مما أحدث صعوبة في تجسيدها، وأدخلها في صراعات كبيرة انعكست على مسارها الثوري .ولعلنا نرمي من خلال هذه الدراسة الى الإجابة على الإشكالية التالية: الى أي مدى شكَّل غياب قادة الأوراس عن حضور مؤتمر الصومام صعوبة في استيعاب قراراته وتجسيدها في الواقع ، وكيف انعكس ذلك على مسار الثورة في الولاية الأول؟. Abstract: The Soumam Conference was a crucial stage in the struggle of the Algerian people, where it was able to activate the political and military activity of the Algerian revolution, and defined it objectives of struggle, and extended it with organizational structures in line with the new stages of armed struggle, through its decisions that formed the consensus of the participants on its importance, However, the absence of some parties, including the Ouras region, made them show different reactions and positions about his decisions, which made it difficult to embody them, and introduced them into major conflicts that reflected on their revolutionary path.
