دور القطاع المصرفي الجزائري في تعميق الشمول المالي الواقع والآفاق دراسة حالة البنك الخارجي الجزائري وكالة تقرت

Résumé: "تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مفهوم الشمول المالي وأهم أبعاده ومؤشرات قياسه، كما تطرقت للبنوك العمومية من خلال إبراز مساهمتها في تحسين الشمول المالي، ولمعرفة هذا الدور تناولت الدراسة البنوك العمومية الجزائرية، لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم أداة الإستبانة وزعت على عينة الدراسة المتمثلة في عملاء بنك الخارجي الجزائري وكالة تقرت، كما تم الإعتماد على برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية (Spss) لتحليل الإستبيان الذي تمكنا من خلاله الإجابة على إشكالية الدراسة. ولقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن البنوك التجارية تساهم وبشكل كبير في تحسين الشمول المالي، حيث تعتبر البنوك التجارية القناة التقليدية الرئيسية لتحقيق الشمول المالي الذي بدوره يؤدي لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة. " "This study aims to identify the concept of financial inclusion, its most important dimensions, and the indicators to measure it. It also focuses on public banks by highlighting their contribution to improving financial inclusion. To understand this role, the study examined Algerian public banks. To achieve the study's objectives, a questionnaire tool was designed and distributed to the sample represented by customers. The Foreign Bank of Algeria and the Touggourt Agency were also used to analyze the questionnaire through which we addressed the study's problem. The study revealed that commercial banks significantly contribute to improving financial inclusion, as they are considered the main traditional channel for achieving financial inclusion, which in turn leads to sustainable development.
