تهريب وتوزيع المخذرات والمؤثرات العقلية في الجزائر وآثارها الأمنية Smuggling Of Drugs And Psychotropic Substances And Its Security Effects On Algeria

Résumé: الملخص: سيتم في هذه الدراسة الإحاطة بموضوع "تهريب وتوزيع المخذرات والمؤثرات العقلية في الجزائر وآثارها الأمنية"، وذلك من خلال التركيز على تبيان أنواع ومصادر المخذرات والمؤثرات العقلية المتواجدة في الجزائر، وكذا مسالك وممرات تهريبهم نحوها، ومن ثم التطرق إلى الآثار الأمنية التي تخلقها تجارة وتهريب المخذرات والمؤثرات العقلية في الجزائر سواء على الأمن الوطني أو المجتمعي، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن حجم تهريب وتوزيع المخذرات والمؤثرات العقلية في الجزائر قد خلق تأثيرات أمنية أثرت على الدولة والمجتمع ككل خاصة في السنوات الأخيرة الأمر الذي أوجب التصدي لها ومكافحتها. Abstract: This study focuses on the security impacts of the smuggling and trafficking of narcotics and psychotropic substances on Algeria. It covers all of its aspects, ranging from the sources, types of narcotics and psychotropic substances available in Algeria to its smuggling routes and distribution networks, to its effects on both national and societal security in Algeria. The study concludes that the volume of smuggling, trafficking and distribution of narcotics have been remarkably affecting the Algerian society and stability in recent years, a fact that needs to be handled effectively and efficiently in order to contain the multifaceted effects.
