Résumé: The study aims to estimating the impact of macroeconomic variables on the labor demand in Arab countries, using dynamic plate models, as indicated by the results of the Panell stability tests and the Pedroni test, About the existence of a common integration relationship between the variables. This was estimated using the FMOLS method, as a suitable method in this case. The results of the estimate revealed a significant correlation between demand for labor and its determinants in Arab countries at the level of significance 1%. This is in line with the economic impact and logic
