Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح الأثر غير المباشر "لمشاركة المسيرين في عملية مراقبة التسيير" على "الجودة المقدمة للخدمة الصحية" من خلال التأثير الإيجابي على "فعالية التسيير". تعد النتائج المتحصل عليها مثيرة للاهتمام، سواء من الناحية الأكاديمية، لأنها تسمح بإدماج متغير "مشاركة المسيرين في مراقبة التسيير" في النماذج السلوكية لمراقبة التسيير، أو من الناحية الإدارية، لأنها تدفع المسؤولين إلى الاهتمام أكثر بتحسين وتطوير هذه المشاركة. وقد أثبتت الدراسة الاستقصائية التي قمنا بها على مستوى المؤسسات العمومية للصحة بالجزائر، أن هذه المشاركة تتم من خلال بعدين أساسيين هما: نقل المعلومات وتفسيرها لمراقبي التسيير، ودمج مساهمات مراقبة التسيير في العمل اليومي للمسيرين. الكلمات المفتاحية: مراقبة التسيير؛ مشاركة المسيرين؛ فعالية التسيير؛ جودة الخدمة الصحية. This study aims to clarify the indirect impact of "the participation of managers in the management control process" on "the quality provided of the health service ", through the positive effect on "managerial performance." The results obtained are interesting on more than one level. From an academic point of view, they allow the inclusion of the variable “participation of managers in management control” in behavioral models for management control. On the administrative side, they push officials to pay more attention to improving and developing this participation. The survey that we conducted at the level of public health institutions in Algeria demonstrated that this participation takes place through two basic dimensions: the transmission and interpretation of information to management supervisors, and the incorporation of management control contributions into the daily work of managers.
