Résumé: This study aimed to examine the impact of business intelligence on improving the quality of health services by applying it to a sample of hospital institutions in the east of Algeria, with business intelligence as an ndependent variable and its various dimensions represented in (data sources, data warehouse, data mining, immediate analytical processing, information display techniques) and the quality of health services as a dependent variable. The study retrieved 400 questionnaires, of which (380) were valid for analysis, and concluded that there is a positive correlation and impact between the three dimensions of business intelligence combined (data warehouse, immediate analytical processing, and information display techniques) and the quality of health services among hospitalized patients in the studied institutions. The study revealed that there are no statistically significant variations in the attitudes of patients regarding business intelligence and the quality of health services due to personality changes (gender, length of hospital stay, age, educational level, occupation, and the number of hospital visits).
