Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استعراض الجوانب القانونية للمصنفات الرقمية المستحدثة المشمولة بالحماية في كافة التشريعات و فهم كيفية إضفاء الحماية على الأعمال الفكرية و المحتوى الرقمي من الانتهاك . تعتبر المصنفات الرقمية المستحدثة المتمتعة بالحماية من بين حقوق الملكية الفكرية الأكثر جدلا لاعتبارها مصنفات مرتبطة بتكنولوجيا المعلومات و الاتصالات و احتواءها على مصنفات مدمجة إلكترونيا ، و تعقيدا بسبب عدم النص عليها صراحة في جميع التشريعات . Abstract: This study aims to review the legal aspects of new digital works protected in all legislation, and to understand how to grant protection to them Intellectual works and digital content from infringemen . New digital works that are protected are among the intellectual property rights The most controversial because they are considered works related to information and communications technology and contain works that are electronically integrated, and are complicated because they are not explicitly stipulated in all legislation Domestic and international.
